Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between users ("you" or "user") of the okbd platform ("platform" or "site") and the okbd service provider ("okbd", "we" or "us").

These Terms apply to all okbd services — sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any other services that may be added in the future. Accessing the platform, registering, or making any financial transaction indicates that you have fully read and accepted these Terms.

Account Registration

2.1 One Account Only

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. If false or incomplete information is provided, okbd reserves the right to close the account at any time. It is your responsibility to inform our support team immediately if any registered information changes.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact okbd customer support immediately.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on okbd and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be at least 21 years old. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all funds held will be forfeited.

• You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) registered in your own name.
• You must be willing to provide identity verification documents as required by okbd.
• Separate terms apply for participating in any promotional offers or bonuses.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on okbd is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and registered to the account.

4.3 Verification

okbd reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Bonus Terms

okbd offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Claiming this bonus requires completing a 25x wagering requirement.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, you must complete total bets of 25 times the bonus amount — that is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• The bonus is not cash; it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• okbd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply for VIP cashback and other promotional offers.

User Code of Conduct

While using the okbd platform, you are required to follow these rules:

• Using any automated software, bots, or artificial methods to place bets or play games is prohibited.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information is not allowed.
• Taking any technical steps to undermine the platform's security systems is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is not allowed.
• Threatening, insulting, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users or okbd staff is prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug for personal gain is strictly prohibited; in such a situation, the support team must be notified immediately.

In the event of a violation of this code of conduct, okbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

• Even after an account is closed, information will be retained for a specified period to meet legal obligations.
